Refund Policy
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Return Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it has been explicitly stated in advance by our representative that we will cover the transport costs.
- Return Period: The period for returning products is 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods. All products must be returned in their original factory packaging, including all accompanying accessories, with no signs of use, in good commercial condition, without dirt, scratches, or missing parts. The return parcel must include a completed return form on paper.
- Exceptions to the Right of Return: Products showing signs of use (wear), chemical treatment, washing, stains, or alteration of their original appearance (including removed or damaged labels) are not eligible for refund.
- Return Method: Products for return or exchange must be sent via courier with the “Inspection and Test” option to the same address from which they were originally shipped. We recommend using the courier company “Econt” for faster processing. Parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
- Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the amount will be refunded to the bank account provided by you or to the payment method used on the website, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (usually sooner). If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund will not be processed.
- Unaccepted Returns: If the return cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with any of the conditions (e.g. the product was sent after the return period), you will be notified by our staff, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
